About
Kris is a full time worship leader, active studio musician, and a modern hymnwriter. He and his wife Becca along with their six children live in Corpus Christi, TX. In his 23 years of music making, he’s earned a masters degree in music and performed in world famous venues such as Carnegie Hall and the Lviv Opera House in Ukraine. He holds recording credits on dozens of releases in styles ranging all the way from massive modern rock to sparse singer-songwriter. He’s known particularly for his contributions in subtle musical situations that require a delicate touch and an imaginative use of tone and vocabulary. In every style of music and every participatory role Kris finds himself in, he treats it as an expression of worship - an opportunity to push back the darkness by bringing beauty into the world - magnifying the glories of Christ in little moments of art.
